We engage with industry organisations to deliver research and / or training and development programs on any strata and community title topic. Our focus is on collaborative partnerships. From the outset of a new project or idea, we work with industry to ensure that the aims and objectives of the project are clear and aligned. A project proposal is developed with input from all partners prior to project commencement. Industry organisations are kept informed of all developments throughout the term of the project.

We are happy to work with several partners and can facilitate the sourcing of partners for a project.

We provide business-based research, plus training and development specifically tailored to meet individual business needs. We can use internal data or co-create databases that can inform business practices and assist in the delivery of better service outcomes for clients.

Our offering

We offer two types of performance assessment auditing.

1. Manager / management performance assessment audits
2. Scheme governance performance assessment audits

Manager / management performance assessment audits

We work with management companies to audit either the business as a whole or individual manager’s performance from a client services delivery perspective.

Our audits are developed in conjunction with our client needs and can include evaluations of meeting performance, client interview and surveys, and service delivery assessments.

The results of an audit enable performance improvements and the implementation of new or enhanced business strategies.

Scheme governance performance assessment audits

We work with owners corporations and bodies corporate to assess governance performance.

Our audits review committee and general meeting decisions and rate a scheme’s commitment to good governance.

The results of a performance assessment audit can identify gaps in decision-making that enable schemes to improve governance outcomes.

The assessment report can be used as independent evidence that a scheme is functioning well or has taken steps to improve governance outcomes. With more strata and community title related service providers (e.g., insurance companies, management companies) evaluating schemes on the basis on governance performance, an assessment audit may lead to positive and cost saving outcomes for schemes.

Our offering

We engage with industry organisations and businesses to provide bespoke training and development programs on topics relating to strata and community title. Training programs can be developed in conjunction with a research program or based on a particular topic. Training programs are available in multiple formats.
